2. Getting Started

Generate an API key in WAVV Manager

1. Go to your CRM

2. Launch WAVV

3. Go to Settings > Integrations and click to generate an API key.

4. Copy the Key to use in Zapier.

5. Click on the “Connect Zapier” button to gain access to our app.
   

Finding the WAVV App on Zapier

1. Go to Zapier, and click to create a “Zap”.

2. Search for WAVV in the Zapier App Directory. (if WAVV does not appear when you search for it, you must click on “Connect Zapier” from the WAVV Manager > Integrations screen.

3. Set the Trigger action to Call Ended.

4. Connect Account by providing the API Key you copied from WAVV Manager.

5. Test Trigger.

6. Select your Action Event.

7. Configure your Action Event to the available output fields of the Call Ended event.

8. Test Setup of your Zap

Requirements to Use Zapier with WAVV

• An active WAVV subscription

• The necessary API key

• A free or paid Zapier account
