How to navigate the Audio Source tab in the WAVV Power Dialer settings

When you first connect to the dialer, you will be asked if you would like to use "Computer Audio", "Call me" with a dropdown to select any of your personal numbers, or "Dial in to WAVV". After you make your selection, you will be able to save this preference by checking the "Remember this choice". You can always change it later in the Audio Source tab.

If you are going to use computer audio, we recommend that you use Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Microsoft Edge as your browser and ensure you have a fast and stable internet connection with low latency.

Your browser may ask you to give permission to use the website. You must click allow before you can use computer audio.

If you hit "block", you will not be able to dial with computer audio. When you initiate WAVV, you will see the message "Enable microphone permissions in your browser's settings to make calls with your computer's audio." Click here to see how to change your Chrome microphone settings. 

You can change your audio selection and test your microphone and speakers in the Audio Source tab.
