Custom Dispositions

Overview


Agency owners can create custom dispositions for their agents. Follow this guide to get started!

Guide

Go to the "WAVV Admin" section in your main navigation at the agency level.



A floating modal will open. Select "Call Dispositions".



Select + Add Disposition to create a new disposition.

The Disposition field is where you can name the disposition.

The Category field will allow you to associate it for reporting.

The Tag field allows you to match the tag to a trigger you have set for your existing workflow automations.

Dispositions can be deleted using the trash receptacle icon.

You can re-order dispositions by clicking and dragging the two horizontal bars on the left of the disposition. This sets the order in which they are presented to your agents.

Emojis can be used to help your agents have a smoother experience while using the dispositions during their dialing sessions. Simply copy and paste an emoji in the disposition field for your agents to see.



After a connection, your agents will be shown dispositions like this:
