WAVV Mini-Dialer
The WAVV mini-dialer is a helpful tool for making one-off phone calls rather than loading up a call campaign. This is useful for making callbacks or working your SOI. The mini-dialer can be accessed from the lead detail view by clicking on the blue telephone icon next to a phone number. Clicking this button will immediately begin dialing out. 1. Why Is There A Risk? In 1991, there was a rise in the number of unsolicited telemarketing calls consumers were receiving, particularly from robo-dialers and pre-recorded calling machines.
