This feature enables you to create a call campaign from a list of contacts, view statistics and call history, update status and resume any campaign that you previously created. Call campaigns will automatically be created for you any time you select multiple contacts to dial. How do dispositions work?

Dispositions help you keep track of your contacts by tagging the contact after a call based on the outcome. Dispositions take place for answered calls and non-answered calls. Dispositions are set by agency owners and may appear differently or not at all based on the agency settings.

For answered calls, a disposition menu will appear once you or the call recipient hang up. This menu will show up, allowing you to choose the disposition that matches the outcome of your call.

Why don't my dispositions always show up?

The following are auto-dispositions that will take place in the background:

No Answer if the call wasn't picked up
Voicemail if the dialer reached a voicemail message
Bad Number if the dialed number was bad
Caller closes the disposition modal without choosing a disposition after a successful call

Generally, a user only sees the disposition modal after a live connection (someone answers the call)

Here at WAVV, we understand the critical role outbound calls play in your business. To help maintain the credibility of these calls, we provide Spam Protection as the ultimate solution to protect your calls from incorrectly being flagged as spam.

Spam calls have become so prevalent that most people don't pick up numbers they don't recognize. This creates a challenge for legitimate sales agents, since there is a high probability your number has been marked as spam at some point, decreasing your connection rates.

That’s why we’ve created SPAM Protection, to protect you against being marked as SPAM and improving your call connection rates by as much as 25%!

How Does Spam Protection Work?

First, you will register for a number from WAVV that we will register on your behalf with your business information.

Once your number is registered, we will monitor your phone number with the major phone carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon). If at any time a spam flag is placed on your phone number, we will immediately begin remediation to have the spam flag removed and keep your number protected.

Caller ID

Caller ID is the number that you would like to be displayed to those you are calling. This is also the number that contacts will call you back on, so ensure this is a number you want to receive calls on.
You can select any number that you have verified to show as your Caller ID. Click here for help on adding and verifying a phone number.

Local Presence

Enabling this feature will cause WAVV to dynamically change your callerID based on who you are calling and whether or not you own a number that can be geo-matched. (Local Presence)

Getting Started with Inbound Call Setup

Enable Inbound Calling in the beta settings:

In your WAVV Manager, click on “Beta Settings” and toggle the switch to "On" to activate the Browser Call-Pop feature.

2. Set Your Inbound Call Preference:

Open WAVV Manager and click on “Dialer Settings”. Locate the inbound call preferences section and set your “receive calls at” setting to: Browser call-pop.

You’re all set to receive inbound calls to your WAVV numbers right in your CRM!

WAVV is not loading in my CRM!

We are fully aware of the current issue with the Marketplace and it's ability to correctly embed WAVV into your CRM. Here is a temporary workaround that you can use until it is fixed.

Individual Account Fix

If you are an individual account you'll need to add the snippet below to your browser's console:

One thing to note: Chrome gives you a warning when you are trying to paste something into the console box. You have to "Allow" the pasting of the script into the console.
