Why did my contact see a missed call, but they did not receive a voicemail message?

We understand how important it is for your messages to be delivered. On thing to keep in mind is that phone carriers use spam filtering technology that analyzes the content of your message, among other things, and may block your voicemail from reaching your contact. In these cases, your contact will receive a missed call notification, but no voicemail even though our system successfully delivered the message.
