Whisper Mode (Beta)

What is Whisper Mode?



The WAVV Dialer now allows a team lead, manager, or quality assurance specialist to listen in on a prospector’s calls. This feature is called Whisper Mode! Here’s what you should know:

The team lead can hear both the prospector and the buyer.
The prospector can hear the buyer and the team lead.
The buyer can ONLY hear the prospector.



Getting Started





To use the Whisper feature, the prospector making the calls will need to generate a number for the team lead to call into.

Activate the Dialer
Open “settings”
Select the “Beta Features” tab
Toggle the switch for “Whisper”
The team lead will need to dial into this number and enter the pin.

3 Helpful Tips



The team lead should put their device on mute during calls to not distract the prospector.
Calls can be recorded via settings in the “ general settings" tab for team leads to replay and provide feedback after a call. Call recordings will not include audio from the team lead.
The team lead will be able to hear all audio from the prospector while WAVV is open, not just audio during phone calls. The team lead should hang up the call when they are ready to exit Whisper mode.
