Settings (WAVV Manager)
Overview
Introducing WAVV Manager. This seamless blend of innovation and practicality is designed to enhance your user experience and make it easier to manage your WAVV products all in one spot.
Walkthrough
Dashboard
The dashboard is a place that will help you with onboarding. It will have a checklist of a few tasks specific to your role that will help you get started and learn more about the product.
Reports
Your usage stats have been enhanced and replaced with a new call reports layout.
Phone Numbers
The phone numbers screen has been revamped to provide more information and more control. You’ll now see an icon next to the phone number indicating if it’s a WAVV business number, a personal imported number, or a shared imported number. The call forwarding setting for each phone number, a nickname so you’ll be able to recognize that number and a Protection status that connects to the SMART Number product that will help you understand at a glance if that number has spam flags, if it’s healthy, or not protected.
Trust Hub
The trust hub has a sub-menu for Business Profile, SMART Numbers (SPAM Protection), STIR/SHAKEN, and A2P SMS Campaign Registration.
Business Profile
This will be the location you can enter in your business profile information which is required for STIR/SHAKEN registration as well as A2P 10DLC Registration. After you’ve submitted your information you’ll get a status shown here after submission. If your submission fails, the fields will become editable again and you’ll have an active “Submit” button at the bottom of the screen.
SMART Numbers (SPAM Protection)
This screen has been updated to show spam details for each of the main carriers as well as an easy way to protect more phone numbers.
STIR/SHAKEN
The STIR/SHAKEN screen is mostly informative and will show you what information you’ve submitted and that status of your submission. If this submission fails, you’ll be able to edit this information.
A2P Campaign
The second part of the A2P 10DLC registration shows here, the first part being the business profile. You’ll also see a status of your campaign and the information you’ve submitted during onboarding for SMS. You will go here to update failed submission data.
Call History
In this section you’ll find a record of all of your outbound calls. The details will be the number you dialed, the duration of the call, and if you’ve got call recordings activated you’ll be able to replay them here. If you’ve got call transcriptions(beta) enabled, you’ll be able to read and search the transcripts from this screen as well.
Settings
This is where all product configuration and controls now live for all the products you’re subscribed to. The sub-menu for this section includes: General Settings, Audio Source, Voicemails, Callbacks, Mobile Setup and DNC List. An update to the general settings simplifies the organization of fields, removing the caller id field that carriers often ignored and the introduction of the default number for caller-id.

The final section here is the beta features section that shows you access to features that aren’t ready for a full release that you can explore and test.

Benefits
Better use of your screen
WAVV Manager is much larger than the last settings modal. This allows us to put more information into a single setting window and use additional space for a more intuitive navigation menu.
All WAVV products are combined into a single settings window
Previously, if you had a dialer subscription and a messenger subscription they would pull up different settings depending on which product you accessed the settings for. This made for too many redundancies and a confusing user experience. These are now all consolidated into a single interface that gives you access to pages based on your subscriptions and your role.
Seamless subscription management
One benefit of bringing all of the various settings together means that your subscription management is made much easier. If you’re a billing owner, you’ll have the ability to control your account all from one place. This upgrade also means you can upgrade and downgrade your subscriptions and take advantage of annual subscriptions with discounts.
Ability to SPAM Protect multiple numbers
This update has enabled us to revamp the phone numbers screen to consolidate all of your numbers and their spam protection details on one screen. With this update, you can now protect multiple numbers.
