How to Unfreeze Your Account

If your account is frozen, don’t worry—we’re here to help! Please follow these steps to get your account back up and running:

Update Billing Information
Once your account is unfrozen, you'll be able to update your billing details to prevent further interruptions.

Important Reminder:
If your payment fails again after the account is unfrozen, it will freeze once more. Make sure your billing information is up to date to avoid repeated issues. Subscriptions frozen for 60 days will automatically be canceled.
