How do I cancel my subscription?

Please complete the following steps or follow along with this video to cancel your WAVV subscription:





1. Open your CRM/Contact management tool you use alongside of WAVV.



2. Open your WAVV settings - This can be done by selecting the "gear" icon on the far right of the WAVV dialer bar.



(If you don't have a WAVV session open select a contact and press call is if you are going to call them. This will open the WAVV dialer bar)

3. On the Left Side of the settings screen select "subscriptions"



4. You will see the subscription package you have highlighted with a drop down to see the features of the subscription and a cancel button if you wish to cancel.



*Please note that canceling your main dialer subscription will not automatically cancel your spam protection and additional numbers. Follow the same process above if you also wish to cancel those subscriptions. If you’re having trouble canceling your accounts, please get in touch with support@wavv.com.



Note: You will have the same access to the WAVV features until the completion of your previous payment and period.

We will store your settings for a period of three months, after which everything will be deleted.
