DNC List

Overview

WAVV has a feature that allows users to curate their own Do Not Contact (DNC) list within the system. As you do outreach through WAVV, you can manually or automatically have numbers added to this list. You will then be prevented from contacting numbers added to the internal DNC list in the future.

Recipients may also add themselves to your Do Not Call List via SMS or IVR opt-out if it is enabled (learn about IVR in general settings).

If you are using our SMS products, anyone who opts out from within a text message will also be added to this list.

_NOTE: WAVV does not scrub numbers against the National DNC Lists_

If you would like to add someone to your DNC List, select Add Number. You will see a new prompt where you can input a number. Selecting Add will put this number on the DNC list.

You can remove someone from your DNC list if you manually added them. Anyone that opted-out through the IVR system will not be able to be removed from your list.
