Activation Codes

We're excited to help you get started with the WAVV Dialer. This guide will walk you through activating your WAVV Dialer using an activation code. There are 2 ways you can get a code. One is through purchasing a subscription on wavv.com and the other is if you are invited to a team by an account owner.

Purchasing Through WAVV.com



After completing the purchase, you will be given an activation code. This code will also be emailed to you, so make sure you have access to your email.



Once you have your activation code ready, follow these steps to activate your WAVV Dialer:

Log into Your CRM
Locate and launch the WAVV application within your CRM.
Click on "Use an Activation Code" Below the Introduction Video.
Enter the Activation Code and ensure you input it exactly as shown, as codes are case-sensitive and must match precisely.

After entering the code, follow any additional prompts to complete your activation.

Once complete, you're ready to start using the WAVV Dialer!

Received an Invitation from an Account Owner



When an account owner invites you to join their WAVV team, you'll receive an email with a unique activation code.



Once you have your activation code ready, follow these steps to activate your WAVV Dialer:

Log into Your CRM
Locate and launch the WAVV application within your CRM.
Click on "Use an Activation Code" Below the Introduction Video.
Enter the Activation Code and ensure you input it exactly as shown, as codes are case-sensitive and must match precisely.

After entering the code, follow any additional prompts to complete your activation.

Once complete, you're ready to start using the WAVV Dialer!

Troubleshooting Tips



Didn't Receive an Email?

Check your spam or junk folders in case the email got misdirected.
Ensure you're checking the email account associated with your WAVV purchase.

Code Not Working?

Double-check for any typing errors, including case sensitivity and character similarity (like '0' versus 'O').
Ensure the code hasn't expired or been used previously.
