WAVV has introduced a new beta feature that allows users to listen to music while dialing through the dialer, replacing the conventional ringing tone. This article will walk you through setting up this feature and understanding how it works.

Set Up Spotify in WAVV

Open the WAVV Settings by clicking the small arrow next to the Dial button, then "Dial Settings."



Click on the Beta Features tab, and flip the switch for Spotify. This will open up a new tab prompting you to sign into your Spotify account.



Sign into Spotify. If you are already signed into Spotify, it may skip this step.



Spotify will then go over what WAVV will do while it has access to your account. Press "Agree" to continue.



Once you press Agree, the tab will close and return to Vortex.

Your Spotify account is now connected to WAVV!

So how does it work?

The feature will start working immediately. To start using it, open Spotify on any device that you would like to listen to music from. That can be the app on your computer, phone, or browser. You can start listening to music right now.

Start your dial session. The music will pause when the call connects and will automatically resume when the call ends!

Note: This Spotify function is in beta, and so there might be unexpected issues with this feature. If you run into any issues, please let us know so we can continually improve our products!
