How to Skip Prospects You've Already Called
Description
This article will show you 2 ways to resume a WAVV dial session. This is particularly useful when you take a break or want to call through a list that you didn't finish before.
Clicking Resume
*Note: This method only works with the previous dial session you loaded into the dialer. If you want to resume a session that is older than that, scroll down to Loading a Call Session Folder.
Step 1
Select the prospects from your last dial session and then click "Dial."

Step 2
If you haven't dialed a new session since then, click "Start new session". If you have, click "Resume".

Step 3
If you see a number next to "Called today", make sure there is a checkmark in the box to prevent those numbers from being called again. Click "Load Dialer."

Loading a Call Session Folder
*Note: This solution requires you to have correctly dispositioned phone numbers while using the dialer. For more information on dispositioning phone numbers, check out this article.
Step 1
Look for the folder titled "Call Sessions" under "My Folders." This folder automatically tracks your last 10 dial sessions and will rotate older sessions out. Select the folder for the dial session you want to finish dialing.

Step 2
Select prospects by clicking the checkmark in the top left corner and select "Dial."

Step 3
Click "Start new session" to when asked to resume the previous dial session.

Step 4
Select "Load Dialer" and proceed like normal. Make sure you only have "No Disposition", "Voice Message", and "No Answer" selected in your "Call Phone Numbers Dispositioned As...", otherwise you will recall numbers you've already called before.
