How to Find Your Previous Dial Sessions
You may have wondered, after finishing a dial session: "Where can I find the list of the people I have called? How do you get back to that list to review what you have accomplished? Here's how:
Whenever you load a list into the dialer, a new Call Sessions folder will appear in the list of your folders with a timestamp of when you started that session. You can click on the folder after your session is finished to review your work!
Things to Remember:
You must load the list into the dialer for the folder to be created.
The dialer only keeps your 10 most recent call sessions! So if you want to create a permanent folder you can learn how to do that by clicking here.
Now you can re-call the same list again and use the Dial Settings to only select the dispositions you want to call.
You can also rename these folders by clicking on the 3 blue dots to the right of the folder name.
Please note that it will save the list you selected, not the ones you have called.
