This feature enables you to create a call campaign from a list of contacts, view statistics and call history, update status and resume any campaign that you previously created. Call campaigns will automatically be created for you any time you select multiple contacts to dial. Enable Inbound Calling in the beta settings:

In your WAVV Manager, click on “Beta Settings” and toggle the switch to "On" to activate the Browser Call-Pop feature.

2. Set Your Inbound Call Preference:

Open WAVV Manager and click on “Dialer Settings”. Locate the inbound call preferences section and set your “receive calls at” setting to: Browser call-pop.

Types of Accounts

There are now 4 kinds of WAVV accounts ( see more details below)

Account Owner This is the billing admin who owns a WAVV team. They can choose whether or not to have their own Dialer seat, can delegate seats, and manage the roles of their team.
Team Manager A team manager is delegated by the account owner to have control and insight into the rest of the team.
Team Member A team member is a person using the dialer as part of a team.
Individual This is a user with no WAVV Team affiliation. Everyone using WAVV prior to this new update is considered an individual account, and will remain so until you upgrade or join a team.

Whisper Mode (Beta)

What is Whisper Mode?

The WAVV Dialer now allows a team lead, manager, or quality assurance specialist to listen in on a prospector’s calls. This feature is called Whisper Mode! Here’s what you should know:

The team lead can hear both the prospector and the buyer.
The prospector can hear the buyer and the team lead.
The buyer can ONLY hear the prospector.

Can I call through the additional phone numbers of a contact?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Using the WAVV marketplace app, you can dial all of the phone numbers for a contact in your CRM. If you have the snippet version of WAVV it will not be able to call these additional numbers, and it won't be able to call any numbers that have been added as custom fields. The marketplace version also won't be able to call any numbers that have been added as custom fields. The numbers must be added as additional phone numbers in order to be called.

We are excited to announce the release of the new WAVV Mini-dialer! This new dialer is a re-envisioning of our original dialer with all the features and functionality but designed with a focus on creating the smallest footprint in your CRM.

We’ve managed to cram all of our features into an all new minimal design that still supports up to 3 lines of simultaneous dialing.

Also, when you’re not focused on the dialer you can now minimize it, and it will hang out in the bottom-right corner of your CRM.
